I purchased 2 pair of shoes from CSEK.com. After two months and multiple emails (mostly unanswered), I received a tracking number and told to track my order on www.17track.net. It eventually stated it was delivered on 12-03-18. I received a package with a pair of used, very cheaply made ear buds. I did not put the two together until I realized my tracking number for my shoes was the tracking number listed on the package of ear buds. I’ve gone to the site and sent several emails asking for a refund. Further investigation found that the company sends the items and provides false ratings for their company. There is no phone number listed. The contact information email listed works, but they do not answer the emails. Tracking company stated they are not responsible for package and cannot assist with a refund.
