Type of a scam Debt Collections
Caller identified themselves as being from CBS (Credit Bureau S…?) Call came from 952-367-800. When I tried to call back it said it was an un working number. Said I owed a bill from 2015 for services at Spectrum Health. They wanted to take payment over the phone and said they had sent me 5 letters. I refused to pay over the phone so they gave me a billing address: PO Box 2334, Columbus, Ohio. 43216. I called Spectrum directly. Spectrum Health does not have a record of an outstanding bill or having sent anything to Collections. Beware!
