Type of a scam Online Purchase
Several players, myself included purchased a program through Neverwinter an online game ran by ARC. The VIP program costs $10 per month and many players prepaid. The game creators waited several months into VIP when many people already are prepaid for lengthy amounts of time to change a major piece of the rewards to the program. They are not offering a refund after this change even though 90% of the people that have paid for this service have all agreed that the program has lost it’s value.
