My mom who is 91 yrs old, received a phone call from Medicare a few weeks ago and asked to verify her information because they are sending the new card and yes, she gave SS, DOB, Dr. Name and phone number. They called back and asked if she wanted a back brace and she said NO, she did not need it. Today 9/4/18, she received a call from Fed Ex that a box being delivered will require a signature. She did not sign for it but I did get the tracking number from the phone message they left. I called Fed Ex, they said the box was from Bentley Medical at 8033 Airway Park Dr Mobile,AL. I spoke with Rhonda and she said the order came from Crown Medical Solution, which is the info I provided above. I have reported it to Medicare and her account has a freeze for any credit cards.
