Ordered a phone case but never received it, thank God I used PayPal because after numerous emails that were never answered PayPal took over and got me full payment

I used crossoutdoorgear.com to buy 2 Daiwa life jackets last month on October 3, 2020. I never even received a tracking number or a response back via email from their customer service, since they still post no phone number. I just disputed the $269.90 I wasted, and it’s November 6, 2020 today. Sometimes they use a sub name or subtitle, “Bass Fishing Pros,” in attempt to trick you into thinking they’re Bass Pros. They sent 2 robo-emails saying, “Sorry for your shipping delay. Here’s a code to get 30% off our products today only. All orders have been shipped.” It’s got a picture of a girl in a bikini (that looks ripped off from another company) holding a fish, so maybe you’ll get distracted and not remember your order is never coming. The first email came 2 weeks after the order. The second duplicate email came a month after the order. Still no response from customer service..
I paid 495.00 for a jacket I can’t get an update on. I doubt I’ll ever get it now. It’s been two weeks and get nothing but an automated email as a response.

I purchased two items through this website on November 26/18. Received an email right after my purchase indicating the following:
Your order will be processed within 5 business days and shipped to you and arrive in approximately 7-14 business days.
It is now January 10/19 and I have still not received my purchase. I have emailed 3 different email address they have on their website and have not received a response back. I have messaged them on Facebook and still no response.
