Crooptrends is a facebook croop that offered multiple free items with a shipping fee…I purchased a pillow back early july and paid the shipping fee and it was processed through the my card and I never got any information about my order. I have emailed them and messaged them through their Facebook messenger group and no one has replyed…I just want my pillow
