Type of a scam Debt Collections
They contacted me re a family member owing them a debt. If i did not contact them back this issue would be referred to the court system. They first time they called they said that they would remove my number, they also called my husband. They have called both of us again. I don’t know how they got both of our cell phone numbers. I asked a lawyer if what they are doing is legal, they said no and that if contacted i could possibly take them to court.
