MAY BE SECOND COMPLAINT. ON FACEBOOK, I SUPPOSEDLY WON A CRIMINAL MINDS SHIRT, JUST PAY SHIPPING. THE NEXT PAGE HAD ANOTHER SHIRT. I HIT CONTINUE TO SEE PRICE. THE NEXT PAGE, I HAD PURCHASED THAT SHIRT WITH CC info, I had just given them. There wasn’t what size you want or do you want to continue purchase or do you want to use same CC. That was on 3/3/2019 8:41pm. I checked quickly the cancellation page. It stated if only if merchandise want sent yet.. i emailed them to cancel 3/3/2019 At 8:44, 8:46, 8:50 and 8:56 to cancel. It a Sunday nite. They next day, I get an email saying both shirts were mailed monday. I CONTACTED them again. I don’t want the white shirt. Send me a return label, as soon as I get it. I’ll return their mistake. They offered $5.00. I said no. They then offered$9.99 plus discounts on their site. I again said no. Just refund my money and I will send back the shirt. I was told the bosses said no. I did everything right. I want my $29.99, plus shipping $9.99 back. Thinking about contacting Judge Judy
