Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was responding to an online servery for service. As appreciation reward. I was offered one of the free products, only need to pay for shipping and handling at $3.95. I was pretty careful for these things. There are review and peoples test money of their free products. So I choose the anti aging cream. Entered my MasterCard for the shipping. I got my creme delivered to my door step like 5 days later. But I didn’t like the cheap packaging. Didn’t even bother to open it. Until I received an email as a bill from them and saying order confirmed with rebill amount $109.79. I was shocked. I immediately emailed back with answer, " don’t ship or contact. I never ordered and I am not interested. for whatever you have to cancel it". I received their email back with cancellation notification. Then I started doing research. I realized I got trapped into a scam scheme. I immediately notified my master card and closed my card, However, I discovered I was charged $109.79 two times right after my cancellation. I disputed through my MC and also email requested refund. Up to date, only one payment at $109.79 was credited. Still fighting for the rest of it. I offered to return their product but they ignored my offer.
