LLC (the “Assignee”) all of it’s right, title, and interest in and to the debt owing by you to the Assignor in the
amount of $2090.00. Further, the undersigned acknowledges that in the making of this assignment, the assignor
has made a complete assignment of said Debt and that Cred-X Debt Recovery, LLC., is now the owner thereof,
and they have complete authority to collect, sue, discharge, and/or settle any portion of the account listed
above and that the assignor has no further interest in said debt for any purpose.
You are hereby irrevocably authorized and directed to make all future payments under the Debt directly to the
