They call and offer a lower rate on ur C.Card or to consolidate all at lower rate.always contacting you by cell pho e number with a recorded message at first with option to speak after recording if u question or call thwm out they hang up and if u call cell # back its an individual that has know idea what ur talking about no address for buisness either.
