Rochelle Louise from Credit Card Services claims to give 0% interest to my credit card. Asked for card balance, expiration date and first and last number on my credit card. No information given her except I would research her company and call back if I was interested. Called Credit Card Service number on my credit card, and was told they NEVER call and offer 0% interest and their name just slightly different. ("s" at end of Service). These people call 3-4 times a day, always from a different number. BEWARE! They are not legit.

A man calling himself Oliver called about 1:15p 2/18/2020 and said he was from Credit Card Services. He said they were contacted by Experian and Experian recommended my credit card interest rates be lowered to 6% on all my cards. I said no and hung up. Then he called back from another # and gave his spiel again and I listened. He said if I gave him the last 4 digits of one of my cards he would show me how their service worked and that he would run it by Better Business Bureau (they had connections!). Dumb me I gave him the last 4 digits of a Cap1 card and the experation date. He asked for my social security # and I would not give it. I told him I was hanging up and calling ScamPulse.com to verify all this. He called one last time and I hung up. He gave his Badge # as BC6909 and said they also go by Card Services Group. I was horrified I had given him so much info so I have contacted Cap1. Cap1 asked me to file a complaint with your agency so am doing so.

Can hardly call it a "scam" but accented (spanish?) male identified as Credit Card Services. Asked me how I was, and I said "OK." He immediately hung up and I realized I’d made a mistake by saying anything. I searched the phone # that showed high Scam/Fraud probability or history for several years, from Texas. Remains to be seen what this will prompt in my future. They probably now have a recording of my voice giving a positive answer they can insert at will, to my detriment.

This company called my phone advertising a low credit card rate to approve me for 0% to 5%. At first it sounded legit because the caller was able to read me a portion of my credit card info and personal information like the last 4 digits of my social security number. Red flags happened when he asked me to provide the first 6 digits of my social security number which would give him my complete social security number. Then he wanted to charge my credit card for $2990 and at that point he told me he would pay off my credit card and transfer it to a credit card with a lower interest rate to save me money. I told him no and I do not authorize anything. After he got frustrated with trying to convince me, at that point he told me he was going to charge my card anyway and he will ruin my credit. I told him I’ve already cancelled all my credit cards and contacted the credit bureaus to put my account on fraud alert and hung up.

I receive at least four phone calls a week from someone identifying as Credit Card Services, usually appearing on my caller I.D. as (715 )627-7890. That phone number actually belongs to our local hospital. Thinking it was a legitimate call, I have answered the call. As the call goes on, it is obviously some group trying to offer a 0% interest rate on my credit card. I have usually hung up, but as I get more and more peeved with them, I have asked to be removed from their calling list. Recently their language has turned vulgar when I have told them I have reported them. It is infuriating to receive these calls which are a waste of my time, not to mention the fact that t hey are using someone else’s phone number as identifying them. Today I got the name of David Bryan as the caller, which I suspect is not really his name. When I asked if he was the person who called me yesterday, he denied it. I asked if he was the person who had called th e day before adn he denied it. I asked if he was the one who had called me the previous 37 times and that was when he responded that I shoe go f— my mother. The f word has been used on at least one other occasion, along with kissing sounds.

Press 1 to be connected to a live representative. Rep (Robert O’Neill) id#10523 verified me by name, he had my old addy. We just want to help you especially in your situation. He put me on hold, then shortly after, a woman named Sandra Summers came on the line & started asking me about my situation, & telling me about how a debt settlement company would settle all my debt for a lesser total amount, but would eliminate all the interest & finance charges. Then she accidentally hung up on me & immediately I got a call from a different phone # (815)724-9871 from Joliet, Illinois. I asked her if she was calling from Joliet, Illinois & she quickly said, no, she was calling from the Sales Floor Phone training center, but she would call me at 1:30 Monday Jan 28th & it would be from toll free Florida phone number prefixed with (844) or (866) number. She assured me she would find the best plan for my situation. Nobody ever called on Monday or any other day this week. So I felt very uncomfortable after giving them my personal information. At first a gentleman by the name of Gease Howard claiming to rep VISA and Mastercard offers to consolidate my debt onto a card that I understand to be Visa or Mastercard with a major bank at a 0% interest rate if I pay a $1290 fee for a lifetime membership to this card with a lower rate of 6-7% after the balance transfer and an increase in my credit line. I agree. He returns with an offer from DISCOVER. I am now reluctant and indicate a preference to decline. He hands me over to a Mallori____ who says I should take the card for the lower interest rate. The discussion continues. I agree that I understand what they are offering, but I think the fee is expensive. I tell them in the course of the transaction that it is a new card that has not been activated. We conclude the call. I take a shower and reconsider the decision. I call my card and activate it so I can place a fraud alert. They did attempt to charge the card for the full amount. I have received no card in the mail or benefited from the services they are offering in the 20 min time span of my shower They now have my full social and other card number as well so I place fraud alerts there as well. They call me back and are willing to lower the price for me. I low ball them with a 500 dollar figure to buy time to get other stop gaps in place to keep them from using my information. A quick search on the phone numbers calling me the initial 919 area code phone number comes up with a 919 realty a vague stock photo, no address, and within a single page search Russian and Chinese sites offering information. The next guy that calls me from 3474645537 back tries to bully me by threatening to find to my son’s school and expose me to the PTA and the principal as a racist because he is black. He then wants to talk to the man of the house and tries to insult/scare me that way. He threatens to sue me and that I will hear from Schwarz and Schwarz. I say I look forward to hearing from them. What was very clear and that I repeated throughout the conversation was the word "No, no longer interested because this whole conversation has been very unprofessional. I don’t want to do business with you even if it is too my advantage". They would not take,"No," for an answer. I have set up fraud alerts on all these accounts and my social security number now. The 347 number comes up as a garage door sales out of Brooklyn, NY by way of Ohio depending on which site you click on. The number does not connect to or associate with a company called Credit Card Services that they claim to represent.

First, they called me a few weeks back asking if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit cards. Curious, I went along. We had a brief chat and he hung up. Now today, 11/8/18, I received a call. They offered me the same service and I was certain these were the same people. They asked for my credit card information, last four of social, and address. I provided them with fake information because I knew this was a scam. Surprisingly, they believed me and gave me the number for one of their account managers, where I spoke to a man. I recorded the entire conversation in which he claimed I was sexually impotent, had an oversized right arm due to extreme masturbation, among many other insults regarding my career, my life, etc. I have this all recorded. I was fine with wasting an hour of his time but immediately after the phone call I began to receive multiple phone calls from telemarketers. I placed my phone number on the Do Not Call list and still are receiving these calls. He has refused to answer my calls since and has blocked my number from their line.

I keep getting calls from random local phone numbers. The initial recorded greeting says that they are calling about my credit card account, that they have important details regarding my account, and to press 1 to speak to a representative. Upon pressing 1, a person then greeted me (by name, which I have no clue how they got my name and phone number) and launched into how they can help lower my interest rates. When prompted for their official company name, the representative gave a fake name of "Credit Card Services." When prompted for their official business name, the representative stated they are based in Orlando, FL, which I highly suspect to be inaccurate as well.

My son was called yesterday by this company saying they could consolidate his debt. Being newly divorced and strattled with debt, he was interested. They somehow knew his credit limit on his Discover card and told him he would need to pay down his Discover card by $500.00 to make room for on his card so he could then pay them with the Discover Card to get the program started. He gave them his personal information, but did not make the Discover Card payment. Today my son told me what happened and I became very concerned. I contacted ScamPulse.com and they gave me some advice on how to proceed, one being to immediately contact Discover. That’s when we saw they had taken $500.00 out of his personal bank account and applied it to the Discover card to bring down the balance. My son did not do this, the scammer did. Representative calls stating that they can lower your interest rate on all your credit cards with a one time fee of $996. They proceed to ask to make a 3-way call to your credit card companies and state they are your financial advisor, in a way to make them sound more official. They then start prying for more information such as your SS# and DOB and personal viable information. When you don’t fall for their scheme, they try to call you back saying you owe them money in collections, even if you didn’t provide them with all that information and will pull it from "the checking account"…aka the one you never gave them; a way to get you back on the phone to get the information again. They become aggressive and angry when you don’t provide them the information they want. They threaten you by stating that they will still charge you the fee if you don’t finish the call and provide the information. I’m 75 years old. I received a call yesterday from Credit Card Services. They said they were working for the government, and found a lot of people filing bankruptcy, and they were told to find people who paid more than the minimum payments on the credit cards. They had the last 4 digits of my credit card number. They told me to cancel my credit cards, and make minimum payment on my PNC card. They said to cancel those cards, and get a new credit card. They told me to close my account with PNC and open a new checking account, and I had till April. They said they would pay off the credit cards. They said to make sure that I got a new credit card first, because this particular operation would give me bad credit. After a half hour, they had my talk to Terri at Tri-Five Consumer Group, her phone number is 888-622-1629. They said a notary would come to my house to have me sign a contract. I got a call back later, and they wanted to make an appointment to come to the house and sign the contract. I told them I changed my mind. They said ok, they would get back to the credit card service people, and someone would call back today. They asked for the first 5 numbers of my social security number, and to confirm my credit card numbers. They had my address. They knew exactly how much I owed on my 2 credit cards: PNC and Freedom Chase.

I researched this company on ScamPulse.com’s website because I wanted to see if it was a legitimate business. I have been receiving phone calls from several different local cell phones but, every time I pick up there is a woman’s voice recording on the other end advertising credit card rates. So, I would immediately hang up and redial the number – a different person would pick up and they would tell me they never dialed my number. Then just yesterday for a second time someone else called my phone to ask me if I had called them. It was also a local phone number and I told her that I had never dialed her phone number and only went back over my cell phone number with her. She verified that it was the number that had just called her. I asked the other woman that I spoke with this morning if she was in the same city and state as I and she verified it and also told me she too has AT&T’s service. I called AT&T to speak with someone about this scam because I believe AT&T has a scammer working for them. I also believe this is a "technical" issue that just recently started! The AT&T representative says "it’s a scam and just to block the number and that it has nothing to do with anyone’s service, and that this is something that just happens to all of us" – but, this also happened from my end and I am not a scammer nor did I call that other person! When I dialed this business’ phone number a woman answered and told me it was not a business phone number I had just called! I am also going to send a report in about AT&T to another site after I check other reports, because I believe they have something to do with this [scammers working for them]!

I received a call from this credit card service, they said that they work with visa, mastercard, discover and american express. They called my number that is on the National Do Not Call Registry and later lied saying they did not call me. Into the call they refused to answer questions about my accounts. I asked for an explanation of their relationship with my current financial services providers and they could not provide a clear explanation of what they were offering, how they would do that, how they were paid and what the follow up process would be with my providers. The tier 1 phone consultant then passed me on to a "financial advisor" who couldn’t provide any answers to these questions either and then got nasty, rude and even called me names. At no point in the call did I ever say or ask anything inappropriate, so a bit horrified when a "manager" got ugly. Leaving me few options, I asked the manager to place me on their do not call list and he lied again saying they didn’t call me, then refused to put me on their do not call list. I hung up. Then called back the number from which they called me (323-854-1054) only to find this number owned by someone else (a girl named Molly, I think). Molly said I had the wrong number and hung up. I have told this company to stop calling me, twice in the past two weeks. Today, I asked the man on the phone where "Credit Card Services" is located and he responded, "Mumbai, India." I said, "Please remove me from your phone lists as I am on the Do Not Call list. You should not be calling me! I do not want these calls." He very calmly replied in a heavy Indian accent, "Well Ma’am, we cannot remove you from our lists." "We are located in India and do not have any such do not call lists. In fact, if I removed you, it would be illegal here." I told him he should be checking with the U.S. Do Not Call list before calling! He said that is not going to happen. I said "Shame on you. I am reporting you and your call" and I hung up. This is the third call from this same number in the last two weeks that I received. I only answer it because it SO similar to my own cell phone number as well as my 12 year old daughter’s. **The call starts with an automated recording saying "I am calling about your credit cards. There is nothing wrong. We want to help you lower your percentage rates." It doesn’t give you an option of "opting out" – it only allows you to press "9" to speak with someone. When you press 9, you can clearly tell it is a phone bank of sorts and you can hear others with the same heavy accents calling other unsuspecting innocent consumers.

This number has continued to call me over the past several months from "credit card services" This time I spoke to someone why they continued to call me. They stated that they had my credit report and wanted to know what credit cards I had out of a list of them. I stated if they had my information then they should know that. I then asked that they not call me again and was told "[censored] You" by the representative and they hung up.

They call and say they can reduce your credit card interest rates – slash is the word they use. I try to interrupt them to tell them I am on the do not call list and they should not be calling me. They keep talking – friendly, annoyingly so, female voice. I start to yell to get them to stop. They keep going on and on. I then scream into the phone and they keep talking. Clearly they are about to ask for important and sensitive info and they are a robot !

I have received several telephone calls from "Credit Card Services" telling me that if I would change to a different card service, I "could save thousands of dollars"; which is impossible since my credit card debt is quite low. Each time they call it is supposedly a Grand Forks business; once they used the name of a local Accounting business. I have not given out any information, nor have I asked for details. I am more concerned about other senior citizens being conned by these people. I have put my name/number on the "do not call" list, which does not seem to help much.

I recieved a call from a man with a foreign accent stating he was from "Credit Card Services." he told me that I always pay my credit card on time and I have good credit and I sometimes I pay more than my minimum required.Which card has the largest balance, Visa, MC, Chase etc. well for paying your payments on time we are going to reduce your interrest rate. how does that sound? you would like that wouldn’t you? When you make your payments on time every month for 6 mo. we then lower your rate to 0%. Then I litterally accidently dropped my phone off my shoulder and it cut him off.

I looked it up and seen it was a SCAM so others should be warned they are arround and they are on the loose calling everybody they can get !!!

I stopped before any info was given.

Fortunately, I answered her phone and am her daughter. "Albert" stated that because of her (my mother’s) good credit rating, CREDIT CARD SERVICES would like to lower her % rate, and as scammers do, asked for all of her credit card info = which bank, all 12 digits of card #, expiration date, etc.

When I asked for his call back number, he of course would/could not offer it; address – the same ‘no’ info; internet address – the same ‘no’ info. and then he hung up.

I have been called numerous times and always by a different number (local area code) with a recorded message about card services, no company name just card services. I connected to a customer service rep each time to have my phone number removed from the call list. Sometimes they just hang up and othertimes they pretend to and just put me on hold forever and never pick up the line again. Today was different and honestly the last straw. After refusing to give my name (which I was told was necessary inorder to be removed from call list) The man on the phone (Indian accent- gave me no name) sexually harassed me over and over. I won’t repeat it here. But my children were playing on my lap and I scrambled to take the call off speaker. They seemed like a "yes" or a credit card/identity theft scam. I didn’t fain interest so I do not know. I hope they are unsuccessful in the future. Please earn people vulnerable to phone scams.

This time is specific was from an Indiana number, since I’m from there I thought it might be someone I know so I answered. It was this company yet again even though I’ve asked to be removed from their call this DOZENS of times. I proceeded to ask for a supervisor, still acting interested, cause if you ask for a supervisor to remove your name they just hang up on you. once the super got on the phone, his name was Mark Jacob (guess they couldn’t think of a better fake) I explained how I asked to be removed multiple times in the past and that if I was contacted again I would take legal matters. He asked if I was threatening him. I repeated myself and handed the phone to my "husband" who is a "policeman" who proceeded to ask what was happening. Then "Mark Jacob" proceeded to tell "my husband" that I called and was threatening him and then hung up. This place company is a scam and a joke. And if I knew where else to take this and escalate to have them shut down I would, but this was the only place I knew where to go.

Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

In early February 2016, this company called my phone via Robocall (I am on the Do Not Call List). They made it sound like they were calling from my credit card company offering a lower interest rate. They had LOADS of my personal & account information already (including the balance down to the penny). After a few minutes on the call, I was told there would be a fee of $1498 to reduce my interest rate. I realized after that they were not from my credit card company & were actually a scam caller. I tried to cease all activity & was told that I had authorized everything and they cannot cancel it. I canceled my credit card immediately to avoid any erroneous charges.

They continue to call my phone, from a spoofed phone number, upwards of 4 times per day, Saturdays included. I have called them to request being removed from their system. I am met with threats of sending me to collections, damage to my credit report, charging my accounts for the money anyway, reporting me for false accusations by telling them they are a scam attempting illegal actions. I have also been threatened with, ‘Well, we already have your social security number & all your information so we can do whatever we want to you.’

These folks need to be stopped. I realized what was going before damage was done, but I know they have scammed others for money. At this point, I just get a few notices per day that a call was blocked from going through on my phone.

He asked for the expiration date on my card. I made one up. He asked for my credit card number, minus the last 4. I made one up. He asked for my zip code. Again, made one up. He said all the information matched (WRONG!). He then put a supervisor on the phone who asked for the whole card number. I couldn’t remember what I said, so the jig was up. Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

A company called Credit Card Services called me on Monday and had all my personal information on file. They stated they were affiliated with Chase and that that I qualified for a lower interest rate of 6.9% for my Chase account. That for one time fee of $996 that was made in 4 payments and this would reduce my interest by over $4500. I kept asking them questions and they kept saying I was already preapproved for this by Chase because I made all of payments on time. They knew my balance and everything without my telling them. They called Chase with me on the line and asked them if I had identity protection and other personal questions. When I was told by the second person that the 6.9% was not a guarantee, I flipped out and asked to speak to a supervisor. The person on the phone told me by this point, I was already locked into a contract with them and that the only way I would get a refund was if they failed to meet their end of the bargain and that was anywhere from 0-6.9% interest rate lowered for me. He refused to answer any questions for me and told me I was being ridiculous and that this was what it was and there was no way to get out of it, and I could fight this all I wanted. I was put back on the phone with a "financial adviser" who I immediately hung up the phone with. He literally called me back 2 minutes later and said he wanted to finish our conversation and help me "get out of debt". They called me from the following phone numbers: 978-237-9508, 469-270-9011, 301-298-1647 and 834-748-9641. They said they were calling from Credit Card Services and there was a problem with 2 of my credit cards. I knew this wan’t true so I asked who they were and what their phone number was. He wouldn’t tell me their number. He said they represented many different banks and rattled off a lot of the large banks. I still didn’t believe him and ended the call.

Credit Card Services called trying to lower my credit card debt, when I told them I was not interested they said they were going to charge me anyway. The man was angry at this point.

Logan Bryan was one of the people I spoke with.

I called several times to ask them to stop calling me.

A representative (Denise Wood, Helen Collins, Jonathan Gray) from "Credit Card Services" called to offer lower interest rates. They claim that they have special relationships with all banks, lending institutions and they can get 6.9 % IR or lower. They charge a fee of $893.00 broken down into 4 payments. They need to pull your credit report and they constantly ask (badger) you to agree to sign up. They record the call when they ask for your financial (private information i.e… social security #, bank account information). They will "process" your information and tell you that it cannot be reversed. They will claim that if you don’t pay $893 that it will negatively impact you credit report. I asked them for their website and they stated that they do need to have to one because of the services they provide. Do not give them anything!!!!

I was told that for a fee of 796.00 made in 4 payments of 199.00 they would call my credit card companies and get my APR down to 6% and get my payments cut by 40%. I agreed to the fee , only after I knew what my credit card APR was going to be and my payments. We were on a 3 way call to my first credit card about 20seconds into the call we got disconnected. So after We got disconnected I decided to call the 1 800 number on the back of my card I asked to talk to a APR rep on getting a lower APR . I asked them have they ever worked with a credit card service that for a fee they would get my APR and payment down I was told by bank card that they didn’t work with anyone like that and then the card rep told me that she would take a look at my account to see if she could lower my APR she was able to give me a APR 9.9 for 7 months only so I accepted it while I was on tbe phone with credit card company I received a call from the credit card services They left a message on my voice mail saying that we got disconnected and that if I did not call them back today that they would take a direct deposit from my bank account. So I call them up and told them what I just did the supervisor I was talking with started getting smart with me and calling me a lier. I told him that I’m not interested in doing the program. He told me that you can’t get out of it that he was going to send me to collection for the 796.00 and he was going to report me to the 3 credit bureaus and that I better have the money in my account because he was going to get the payments from my account one way or another I told him you don’t have any of my info and he said I have your SS number and you account number I never gave him my SS number or my account number. I told him that I thought it was a scam he call it what ever you want I getting uou money
