They called my mother in law stating that they needed to confirm her information to send her a new medicare card. They had her "confirm" her number by giving it to them over the phone. Then they confirmed that she recently had surgery and that they needed to send her a brace. Even though she stated no, they sent her a brace anyway. We are now trying to send the brace back and make sure they do not get any medicare reimbursement.
