Ordered two sweaters back in April, after getting a email stating my items where shipped I never received them. Emailed the company they stated the item had not been shipped yet and was still on their dock. I waited another month and emailed again asking for refund, they replied they could not give me a refund unless I returned the item. (Which I never received) it’s 3 months later and still no refund no sweaters. Just emails sayin they understand my patience and they don’t no what happened to my items.
