Call came in on office phone after hours @ 6:33 p.m. on 11/08/17. Caller ID was: 219-501-4343. Our place of employment is in a civil suet filed with our company. In order for this to be stopped contact their office immediately 706-314-0076 ref: 116183. If you fail to respond to this message once contacted by county processor you will be required to have two forms of ID & signed documents and if you are served in place of employment and not present, your supervisor HR will be required to sign for you and delivered summons to you. You have been officially notified. Message has been saved on our voice mail message.

Received a private phone call from a man stating his name was Tommy Right and that he was a county processor and that a court date was coming. He stated that he was trying to set up a place to meet and that I would need identification upon meeting to receive my summons. Googled the telephone number left (the 866 number I listed above) and it showed reports of scamming. Knew the information was not right due to I have been to local court clerks office and sheriffs department, and no information of any court summons or warrants on file. Also received an email about a month ago with an attachment stating somewhat of the same information except it had an attachment that stated I had an arrest warrant. I added them to my spam mail and the domain and now I receive a call. He left the above number saying I would need to contact the law firm for further information if they were unable to get in contact with me.
