Someone from this company called my business line and sold me an advertisement in what they verbally explain as a Neighborhood directory that is given to people who live in Golf communities and they named 4 large well known ones in my area. They explained it has other neighbors phone numbers and numbers important for the community so people keep it and refer to it often.
They tell you it will be printed and sent out twice annually. However in the email correspondence you will not find any of this information. I called all the communities and they have no directory. I went to my bank but because it’s past 120 days they will not return the $400.
I tried reaching someone from this business for several months no answer on any of the numbers in the email, until January someone answer and apologizes and says they will refund my money. I don’t receive a refund. I call again and reach someone else and they tell me this was a direct mailer I purchased so they fulfilled their obligation and that’s why no one at these golf communities know anything about it. It’s a well thought out SCAM! They email you an ad they design but it never goes out. They make it so it’s over 120 days so the bank won’t help you.
