I spoke with the company via their website, and they refused to help me out. Per the delivery tracking, they stated that my item was delivered today, 7/31/20. I was hand delivered the mail from my carrier, and there was no package delivered. I double checked with neighbors if they got anything by mistake, and they did not. I asked for a refund and they refused saying they don’t provide refunds for non-covered packages. There was no option upon check out to cover my package, or I would have paid extra. I just want my money back for something I didn’t receive.

They charge your card immediately through PayPal Mundaneco LLC for the Couchsavers product and then keep telling you the product is on its way. They give you a false tracking number and saying it’s coming from their international warehouse. I ordered on 4/25/2020 and I still have not received my product. I do not have faith the product will ever arrive. There are numerous bad reviews on their website that were not there at time of purchase. It started as a Facebook ad for a couch cover. I disputed the charge with my bank and they told me it would take 7 days to see a refund of my dispute.
Same with me, only they got me for $135.99.
