I ordered over a month ago, and never even received a notice that my item shipped. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt due to the holidays and covid 19, but the website says its supposed to ship within a week. I sent emails and tried calling. The number they have for customer service is a text now number that is out of service! My next step will have to be to make a claim with my credit card company because they took the money from my account.

The exact same thing happened to me! I ordered at the end of February. Complained and got a reply:-
“Thank you for reaching back to us and we apologize for the delay. We will start shipping this week and the tracking number will also be provided. Rest assured, we are doing our best to have all your orders delivered.”
I never received a shipping number and have since had all my emails ignored. My bank tell me that as over 120 days have elapsed, there is nothing they can do.
I wish I’d checked out these reviews, before purchasing & wish I hadn’t left it so long, before contacting my bank.

I placed the order 3366 for 89.90 on April and never received the ítem. I ask for a reimbursement and they email me they cancel the order and approved the refund but never received it. I think the page Couchero on Facebook is the same. I wrote then by Messenger or by email at [email protected] Joyce Betancourt from Puerto Rico.

I ordered a few couch covers from this website on March 13 2020. I was concerned when my order did not arrive after a few months but gave it time due to the Covid. I went on line and contacted them 3 times, they did not reply back. I just looked online and they came up as a huge scam and hundreds of ppl have been scammed by them.

I order a couch cover for $109 on April 4, 2020. After about a month of not receiving the product, I sent an email checking on my order to see when it would ship (order ****). The only way to contact the company is via email on their site.

After several emails, I asked to cancel the order and be refunded. Someone responded on May 6 (after I threatened to contact the BBB) saying I should receive my refund in 10 business days.

That never happened. I reached out again they said it was a problem with my bank, which was a lie because I contacted my bank and they didn’t know anything about it.

It is only letting me attach one picture below, but I do have pictures of the emails also.

Purchased item May 19th 2020. No update about order, no email, no responses to my email. Company doesn’t have a customer service number. I’m not the only one with this situation. Currently dealing with my credit card company for my money lost. Please don’t buy from this company.
