Both numbers called me, first one 2971 was a costco voucher and the second one 4451 was credit card debit.

Recorded caller says they are from Costco and they are thanking for inquiring about there travel plan…which Costco does not do cold calling…also I am not a Costco member. Also I do recieve many calls from them…probably using multiple phone numbers.
