I was scammed as well. I worked from 8/10-9/21st send packages and now pay day is here and nothing came about! Let’s build a case against them!

My name is Sanaz Tajik, and I have worked for Cosmic Couriers since 8/11/2020. I have received, inspected, and reshipped packages. Today is my pay day (9/18/2020). My dashboard is frozen, and I cannot log in anymore (same experience as other complainers). I have called, text, and send them emails, but nobody has text or called me back. I still have some packages. I have all communication emails, texts, and authorization letters that they sent to me. I kept all receipts and photos of packages. They stole my time and energy that could have been used somewhere else and been paid for it. They owe me almost $2500.

Everything seemed legit, proper paperwork the whole nine yards.. been receiving and sending packages since I signed up.. have t had any packaging two weeks and here comes pay day on a Saturday and nothing been calling ever since then no answer whatsoever.. this is disgusting why take from families in this time of need please help!

I was first approached by email. I responded.they called me back like they said they would. Same day i was hires. After researching the company i didn’t find anything negative.they had just been an LLC company for 1 month. I heard from then every day.i received pkgs every day. I inspected them repacked them put a new shipping labels on them sent the out. Pkgs would come in my name or someone else’s name whom i thought was the person who purchased it. I did this every day for 1 month. My payday was to be the 28th of the month (August). It came and went. I called, txt, emailed everyone i could. Everyone i had info on. No response except Kara. She said she would check it out.today i went to sign into my acct and i was locked out. I dont understand why they hired me as i have no credit (credit score is 0) and i have a freeze on credit. So thay couldn’t use my credit. I gave them a deadline and now I’m locked out of my dashboard acct. I don’t care about that.i have a detailed log of packages i received and pkgs i went to pickup and rhey wouldnt release them to me. I have shipping labels that i was told to remove off the boxes when they came in, i have the shipping receipts from me abs shipping labels to where they were going from me, i have the emails they sent to me and the employment contact i signed but it doesn’t have their signature on it, I have the release letters with copy of drivers license on them. When i would call my supervisors the recording said “human resources” the same goes with any emails and txts, not their name and title, also tried looking up to see if they were registered as LLC in other states that they work in and found nothing. I did find “Cosmic Couriers (LLC)” and found them in several states and some are inactive or suspended. I looked up the address and it shows Herman Services, Herman Trucking, and others. Tried calling them left message n no response. I looked up their phone # and it was a computer #. Lately when i would long into my dashboard i would get a message telling me my passwords have been compromised by a website. I can only assume it was Cosmic Courier trying to get my payment info or bank info. I don’t understand why would a company want to bring attention to themselves, like not paying their employees, if they’re doing some scam. Especially fraud. I hope they are caught abs prosecuted to the fullest. They owe me almost $3000 for 7/27 – 9/1/2020. Lets sto them so they don’t do it to anyibe else.

Same thing happened to me. It took them a week to cut me off. Kara said she would check into the matter. I gave them a deadline to pay me by noon today. Now I’m locked out but jokes on them i have screenshots of my dashboard, each trash, i also have all emails and i kept all label i remove from package, all receipts and wear the package was going. I still have 1 package and I’m giving it to the police. This was BS. Were in a pandemic and 1000’s of family’s could become homeless and this company is profiting off of us. They have used our time when we could have been working at a legitimate job. They stole money from us by not paying us. At minimum wage i could have made $1920. That is what they stole from me. I’ve delivered every package and yesterday was payday. I can’t log in or contact anyone all of a sudden. I still have every text and email that was sent to me. I’m so pissed right now. I’ve passed up jobs to this. Is there anything I can do or does anybody know how to get in touch with cosmic courier. It’s saying I can’t call the area of the phone number all of a sudden.

Me too I was supposed to get paid on 29 and they had one package that was supposed to be delivered to me but for some odd reasons that package was untraceable. That was the first red flag for me and the second was me being lockout of the Dashboard. I have called and text but no one have text or called me back 😒. I feel so used and that is not right to do to people.

Make sure to record all conversations on your own… even though they say you are beiing recorded; they can just as easily delete your conversation.

Also, make sure if you can, make a copy of any or all Authorization letters, take them to the FedEx place you picked the package up; give them to the manager so they see the faces and explain the situation. This may help catch the culprit should they decide to try and use ‘fake ID’s”. The Fedex Managers will hopefully make sure to be more careful in case a similar situation as ours comes up. They can use the Faces on the Authorization letters to compare other Authorization letters.

I worked for Cosmic Courrier through the month of August 2020 and didn’t get paid was logged out as well. They owe me $2100.

This is very important! I have two people already from differentn areas that have contacted me. The more people we have, the better our chances we can do something collectively!

I also worked for Cosmic Couriers and another company called Integrity Market LLC doing the same things, receiving many packages and sending them everyday since last month in July till now. They are some scams, and I see some people are filing their court cases.
Please let me know how can I get my money back. I can’t expect which work will pay and no one pays for such a long time.

I was done the same way. I knew something wasn’t right. But since I did not have to send or use any money , I thought it was ok. They sent me a employment contract to review and sign and for a background they need me to send a copy of my identification. I did and the following I received a from the person who would be my supervisor. They set me up with a dashboard that tracks packages, accept tasks, and communicate. As of today, I have stop sending the packages . I have all their emails address and they close me out of the dashboard.

My husband did this and today he was supposed to get paid but i told him it was a scam from the jump if its to good to be true most likely its mostly fake and i dont see how all of yall even included my husband will sue,get your money ect just call it a learning experience

Please read the following experience filed with the FTC; document titled Cosmic Courier Complaint followed by photos. The photos are fake ID’s on ‘Authorization” letters given to me (*e-mail) so that I may unwittingly pick up packages at FedEx. I never noticed this until I started digging further into the matter.
Same person on two of them, different names. The other two, one has an address here in Las Vegas that is not an apartment, but a business district, and the other one, not sure. But they all have thing in common; they all have the same birthdate and expiraton date!

I was hired on with them on July 25th 2020 They didn’t pay me come August 25th 2020. They disconnected their phone numbers logged me out of the dashboard. I’ve been trying to contact them I can not I am going to get a lawyer I saw reviews about them they’re terrible company. Do not work for them they are fraud!

I have been working for about a month with this so called “company” and i was supposed to get paid today by them and of course i come to find out its a scam! shame on me . i took all precautions to clear my information from them! i have a detective involved with my case as well. so sorry for everyone on here who had high hopes to succeed with this at home side job. These crooks scammed me out of an entire moth pay plus “bonuses” that they promised me after delivering packages for them and picking up “VIP” (items they pay with stolen cards).

Employed by this scandalous company for one month as a Universal Packing Specialist until payday came. Payday was lump sum once a month with bonuses! They were very helpful, professional, communicated with me via text, email and phone often during business shipping hours at first. Two weeks before payday tasks and all communication decreased. The very day after my pay date, they deactivated me from their working dash-board system (couldn’t login). I sent emails to so called HR, Managers and Supervisors, no response!

If you are concerned about this company then you should look them up in the secretary of state website for New Jersey. You’ll find them there and the contact for them. This company is brand new. Only in business for a little over 1 month. There will be glitches in communication systems. Have you looked up their phone #’s to see who they belong to or where the calls are coming from. You all keep saying “THEY” say it’s a scam. I want to know who “THEY” is. If “THEY” tell you they’re a scam have “THEY” told you exactly what the scam is. If the scam is so they can get your personal information so they can commit fraud by getting loans and charge cards then they wouldn’t have looked at me twice. I have no credit and I have a freeze on my credit profile. They would have to verify that they were me by answering security questions. I am the ONLY PERSON who knows the answers. I’ve been a victim to ID THEFT so I protect myself to the fullest. If you have not been paid file a report with the Labor Board, the FTC just to name a few. They will investigate the business on your behalf and if they find that it’s a scam they will shut it down and file charges against them. Have you researched the type of Business it is “Package Forwarding Company”. There are several out there. Sure I wasn’t skeptical about them but am skeptical about everything these day. A person can’t be to cautious. Unfortunately fraud is world wide and plentiful. It’s just a shame that you feel the need to do a background check and research someone or a business before you do business with or for them. The packages they are forwarding are going to different places and they aren’t cheap. In conclusion You need to do your homework before you start saying derogatory things about a business you work for. If your opinion is based on “THEY” said, you need to find out who “THEY” are and exactly what the SCAM is. “THEY’ could be their competition saying those things. If I’m wrong I will tell you I’m wrong. My payday is coming in one week, direct deposit to a GreenDot Card that I just Opened. Best of luck to you all. Not getting paid is only the tip of the iceberg. Be aware that the NEW company name is Jerry & Sam Logistics. I was informed by a Detective that most “products” are purchased with stole credit cards. If you ship for them, that constitutes mail fraud. YOUR name, YOUR address appears on the records. I had a police officer show up at my door and stated he had a tip I was in possession of stolen goods. The 2 remaining products at my house now reside in the evidence locker at the police station. Of course my “supervisor” is threatening legal action. Please do NOT be lured by a promise of a very decent salary for your efforts. You will never receive the money, and could open yourself up to much worse trouble.

Tammy, As a current “Universal Packing Specialist” myself, I have prepared myself for the worst… I am already assuming I have also been scammed. My “payday” is right around the corner and I have no expectation of receiving it. One of my biggest indicators is, no one has pipped up to their defense. To date, I have not heard one person say they HAVE received their promised pay. Notice how all the posts on this thread say they have not gotten any pay and that on the day the employee is expecting a paycheck, they have ALL lost communication with the “company” I did a bit of research before I accepted my new position and signed my contract. I found a listing for their company on the BBB, noticing it was a very recent filing (should have sent off a red flag)However, having a fully registered and legitimate business does not guarantee that they are DOING business legitimately. Secondly, my next indicator is I was approached by “United Logistics Company” offering me a very similar position, as I investigated this newly offered position from United Logistics Company, I saw way too much in common with Cosmic Couriers. Upon further investigation it was EXACTLY the same (even had the same exact explanation video, just replaced everything with United Logistics Company. They had a different address, but still in NJ and a slightly different pay scale) Even when I got a call from United Logistics Company HR Dept, it came over my phone as “GOTITPOST” which is the same name when I get a call from Cosmic Couriers. I explained to the HR individual that they must be associated with Cosmic Couriers, he put me on hold and when he returned he confessed they are associated but he was unaware of their other division. When I think through the entire process, it seems brilliant.(and my strong suspicions are) Long story short. “They hire Universal Packing Specialists”, obtain all the information they need to “steal” our identity, apply for credit in our names, receive credit cards and then they start shopping, having the products sent to other Universal Packing Specialists” Brilliant, very hard to track down… My biggest concerns now are, “WE” have been receiving products on bogus credit cards and shipping them out… I seriously doubt they even have a Warehouse, or actual physical address of 83 STULTS RD BLOCK 125B,

( I googled the address and it looks like a sketchy location) I just want to close this message with a disclaimer, all I have is a sound mind, and anything I have mentioned is completely speculatory) Lastly, in the off chance I do receive a “paycheck” I will be sure to come back and keep you and the rest that read this an update… 

I want to protect my identity, at first I’ve sent them my ID with hidden last Id numbers, now they asked me to fill the tax form for tax stuffs and am sceptic to put my SSN there! Kindly advice me here.

They are scams I literally shipped packages everyday working and being a mom then here comes pay day and nothing I called them three days straight about my money on the fourth day they blocked my number. How I know they blocked my number because I called from my daughters phone they didn’t pick up but I did ring and went to voice mail. When I call from my phone it’s said they number you called cannot accept calls from This number, and I received that same thing from each and every number they have call me from its most definitely a scam I’m beyond pissed. I went and bought and computer and printer to do this job

This company is said to be a scam .. all communications has been lost close to my pay date and now no packages are coming in. On top of being accused of stealing AirPods.. had to file a claim on a lost package that was said to never have shipped… nobody has contacted me all day in regards to anything .. how ironic

I also have been receiving and sending pkgs for them. I have had no problem getting in touch of my supervisor either by txt or phone. If this is a scam what do they stand to gain by this. I also have had an odd feeling especially since I received a 2nd email offering me the same job. They are registered LLC company. They were also in business in San Diego but is closed now. I re read my agreement and it states that payroll will be paid according to NJ laws. I live in CA. I looked this up and the company has to also register in CA and as of today I don’t find them on the Secretary of State web site. Has anyone gone to their web site. I am a victim of this scam. I received an email from Raymond Banks stating that he got my resume from Indeed and that they have a position they would like to talk with me about. If I am interested please email him back and he will contact me for an interview. I emailed back and talk with for about 10-15 minutes and that they wanted to hire me. He sent me a employment contract to review and sign and for a background they need me to send a copy of my identification. As of today, I have stop sending the packages because something just did sound right and friend sent me two articles about the scam. I am contacting the police.

I’m curious what you find/found out. I’ve been contacted by them too, and have the dashboard and everything … and have received/shipped multiple packages. As of yet, I haven’t run into any issues except the odd/skeptical feeling about the whole thing.

I was emailed by a male named Reynold Christianson. He explained the job description and sent a link to watch a video. Then he called me on the phone from retrieving my information from a resume that is online via other employment scammers that also scout LinkedIn website. After I was instructed to send a copy of my Driver’s License, which I did, I received an email informing me that I passed the interview and gave me further instructions including, I will receive a phone call from human resources to get set up with the remote position: Dashboard and other things. I never received the phone call. I did try calling several times, but to no avail. Each department is set up as an automated answering machine and then, the phone is disengaged. The name of the position: Universal Packing Specialist. In addition, the man who calls himself Reynold Christian sent an employee agreement form with the company’s EIN number and other information that is copied and pasted on this form.

Be aware that payment is not just the issue. You are in possession of stolen merchandise, and shipping stolen merchandise is a FELONY. Do not accept any more “tasks”, get out while you can. 2 products I had set to ship now reside in an evidence locker at our local police station.
