The request for the "2018-Annual Records Solicitation Form" was sent to us through the USPS. The envelope and included documents are constructed in a manner that mimic government styled documents/requests. The outside of the envelope does have a disclaimer printed on it which states, "THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT". The included form contains information specific to our company which gives it a more official appearance. The form also quotes Idaho Statue #30-29-1601, #30-29-701, and #30-29-820. The form asks for a fee to be paid for the service of $150.00 which can be paid by credit card, check, or money order.
