this dirtball advertises puppies for sale, website looks good, asks a lot of questions, promises to ship the dog once payment is received. Gave his bank account number. I gave him the money, then spent days texting him asking for shipment details. Then he demanded another $950 to ship the dog. He dragged it on for several days and refused to cancel and refund my money. His name is Nicholas Terrell and he lives in Houston, TX. I told the bank about it and they flagged his social security number and closed the account. He also uses zellepay.
