I ordered two samples and was told I would only pay about $10 shipping for both. Then they tacked on a third product which cost almost $40 and which I did not want. I did not have any option to remove it before they billed my credit card. I had to call them to cancel that order. They also do not disclose that when you order the samples, they enroll you in an auto-refill program where you are charged a lot of money and shipped the product automatically unless YOU cancel it within 14 days. This is FRAUD. So I cancelled both my samples as well and told them that their practices were deceptive and fraudulent. When I went online to see reviews, this has happened to many people. They also use websites posing as independent reviews which are really just advertorials, but they don’t list that until you scroll down to almost the third page! DO NOT ORDER THE SAMPLES OR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want the products delivered to you automatically and for your card to be charged multiple times.
