This company is a fraud. I was offered to sale my time share from Scott Bertain and Lynda Wu. They seemed very legit and I fell for it by wiring the money for taxes, title fee, administration, etc… I cannot get a hold of them now and I’m out all that money I sent them. If you see these names report them ASAP. It’s a huge scam. Their website even seems legit.
