Items were ordered from the website Cook’s Dream (cooksdream.com) with the ‘Ultimate Baker’ title..which now doesn’t appear on the website on October 10, 2015. my card was charged the following day. No confirmation of shipment was sent but my credit card was charged. I cannot get in touch with a human for questioning or refund. No shipment was ever received. Now when I visit the website and try to log in, it mysteriously has no record of any order and my login information does not match my password anymore. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.
