I was contacted by a Peter O’Brian from Continental Mergers and Acquisitions stating they want to buy my timeshare in Cabo San Lucas for twice the market value I paid. They put me in contact with a supposed Lawyer in Mexico who would complete the transaction. Purchase agreements were provided, Mexican credentials were provided, a Q&A session was held to review the purchase agreement. Then I was told I had to advance $2180 to the lawyer, and with 3-5 business days I would be reimbursed in addition to receiving the bulk payment for the purchase. When I declined this process, and requested a standard escrow account be used they disappeared
