On Sunday evening at 6:15PM, sales person rang all the bells in our building got somebody to buzz him upstairs he knocked loudly at our door and showed my husband a photocopy of our electric bill from ComEd. My husband is from a foreign country, so he almost invited in the man. This is the third time that "Consumer Utility Partners," or so they call themselves, has visited the building. And they also call on the phone. I don’t know how they get ahold of a copy of our electric bill. They brandish it in front of you when you open the door. The man tries to pretend he’s from ComEd. Clearly, this is using predatory sales tactics.
