I received a mailer, with "URGENT" response deadline, 03/14/2018 9PM. It looks very official. It also states that "the benefits of [my] timeshare ownership may have been misrepresented." it was marked "URGENT" in red ink on the outside of the mailer. I have not owned a timeshare in many many years. Asked that I call back 800-480-3675
