Type of a scam Employment
I was repeatedly contacted by phone and text by a person calling himself Chris Nicholson. He said he was from Consumer Delight Evaluation and I needed to reply so he could send out my first assignment package to be a Mystery Shopper. I believe he got my number from a survey I completed on a website we use at work. I did not reply. He called and left a voicemail that said the same thing. I did not reply. He texted again saying I needed to watch my mailbox and email as m assignment was mailed via USPS. He said I needed to confirm that I had received his message by replying. Again, I did not reply. Now over a course of a week he has sent me a text saying he was going to contact the "authority" because he sent me an assignment and I have not completed it or reached back out to him. I called his number to tell him to stop harassing me. He just screamed into the phone. No words, just screamed. I have never received an email or anything via USPS. I would take it to the police if I did, because we all know it’s a fake check. Beware if you receive this kind of message. I just want the guy to stop texting me, but I also don’t want to block him if it means I can help others to not be scammed.
