We paid thousands of dollars for a membership only to find this company, Concierge Travel Service, is nothing but a travel agency. They promised discounted travel rates, but after you buy into the program and the 3 day cancellation period is over do you get our log into the travel service web sight and find their rates are no better and in some cases higher than those that can be found on Travelocity, Orbits and etc.
