When they called me they said they were the same company that had worked on my computer before. So I thought they were because they had my phone number and called me up. So they said I had a hacker on my computer and they needed to fix it. So I fell for it and they charged $598 to fix it, which they turned off all the Microsoft, opened me up to the public so anyone could see what I was doing, opened my files, opened a factitious email and basically messed up my computer. Then they erased the information of the other company who had worked on my computer before.
