I received a voicemail that stated: " Hey it’s Danielle, calling about your pain. I wanted to get the application processed so we can get these items out to you. Go on and give me a call back at 1-800-283-3692. Again its 1-800-283-3692, thanks, bye".
There was a long pause before the Voicemail started, which leads me to believe that the voicemail was automated. But the message itself sounds like a live representative.
When I phoned the number to request info about the nature of the call, I was informed that the name of the business is Complete Medical, they are headquartered in Florida , are a DME ( Durable Medical Equipment center?) who offer wholesale products that help people manage pain. This call was unsolicited. The rep informed that she is unable to give specifics about the reason for the call, because I returned her call using a different phone/phone number.
