I purchased a sample of face cream and eye cream and paid the shipping and handling. The company has now sent notice of a charge of $93.99 for each of those products. I did not order anything but the samples. After I contacted the company to refuse the charges because I did not order anything but the samples, they offered a refund of $47.00 for each of those charges. I told them that that was not satisfactory and also told them I was reporting them to the BBB. which I did in my area. They gave me this site to report this scam to you.

After calling customer service to complain that I had not ordered any other products from them, they said they would give me a credit of $47.00 for each of the products. I told them that was not satisfactory and that I was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com which I did in my home state. The ScamPulse.com in my area gave me this site in order to report this company directly to you.
