i found this company through numerous sites http://completegroupinc.bloombiz.com/ etc. i was in contact with this company, they answered all of my questions and answered my calls. after they sent me their product in formation i placed my order. they then sent me the invoice with the payment info attached, after i sent the payment i notified Mark Thomas Birkes, the director of operations. he replied to say that they received payment. i thought everything was okay. the invoice stated that the order would be shipped out within 12 to 24 hours upon payment confirmation. it has now been one week since payment was received. they have not reached out to me to say anything about the order. i have called and e-mail but have not been able to hear from them.
