I purchased the trial bottle to help regrow thicker hair for $4.95 and was tricked into also purchasing a skin care product when trying to check out. It turned out to be $4.95 plus a $2.95 shipping fee. The products never showed. This was on 12/6/17. On 12/26/17 a payment of $89.99 was attempted but declined. On 12/27/17 a payment of $80.09 was held but was shown not paid. I cancelled the card but the money was still taken out. The receipt was emailed to me but when I tried to access the tracking I was sent to survey websites. I called the customer support number and was on hold 3 minutes then the option to get a call back came on. I opted for the call back and never received a call. Definately a scam.

Problems with Product/Service Complaint I ordered a bottle of Biotin from this company and they said on the site that the first bottle was only $4.95 – which was shipping only. I read the whole site before I put in my credit card info. NOWHERE did it tell me that I needed to… cancel in any amount of time or send back the product to not get charged more. I knew that $4.95 was too good to be true, but I could find no information on their website to let me know that they would charge me more. ONLY because of this did I agree and put in my credit card information. I got my bottle of biotin shortly thereafter. Apparently (according to the emails I was sent and packing slip) this transaction occurred on 4/19/17. Today, May 3 & 4 was charged $89.99 by the company. I called them to ask what that charge was for, and they not only told me that I had agreed to it because I didn’t cancel "within 14 days" but also that they wouldn’t refund it even if I sent back the product. Also, technically if I cancelled TODAY, this would be the last day of the 14 day trial period. I went back to the emails and packing slip and NONE of them said I needed to cancel within 14 days. Apparently, although I can’t verify it because I’d have to re-purchase the product to see the contract, it says this. Basically I would never have agreed to purchase this product if I was aware that there was a 14 day trial period and that I’d potentially have to pay $89.99. I know myself and have forgotten to cancel things in the past that I was aware of, so I wouldn’t put myself in that position. I relied on the fact that they said this first bottle was free with only shipping charges – had I known there was a trial period and extra charges, I would never have bought the product. But for the fraudulent claims on the website and complete lack of information, this would never have happened. This company is a scam and is hoping to make people get caught by not expressly informing them of the 14-day trial period and the potential charge of $89.99, and keeping that money after they cancel in anger, thinking they can do nothing else to get their money back from this shady business.
The product didn’t even work.
