I signed up for a trial period on this product, 1st attempt asked to call back in 2 hrs. Nobody ever answered the phone. Tried to call several times after that, continuous hold music.Finally get through & now since my trial is over & they’ve taken money from my account they won’t refund me at all. They also use Gold Trim as an alias, so beware of these scammers
