I have never received the merchandise I purchased from ComingSoonTech website. I purchased UrbanX Wheel from ComingSoon-Tech website on 05/30/2017 for $399.00. It was advertised to be delivered in July 2017. I was contacting UrbanX (the manufacture) via email on a monthly basis, they kept promising me the merchandise is on it’s way and I will get it soon. Last email I got from them in November 30, 2017 but in December 10th 2017 their website and email address was closed and my emails got bounced back. I never got the merchandise nor any contacts from them.I contacted ComingSoonTech website who advertised the UrbaX and collected my money. I have never heard from ComingSoonTech either. ComingSoonTech website is still up and advertising other products. Hope other people will not be scammed like me. Please help me to get the refund from them while they are still up. Thank you, Masha.
