Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare
Unsure of what is going on here. My mother (senior citizen) has now received 2 different packages through the mail which contained MANY different orthopedic braces. Wrist splints, knee immobilizer, ankle braces…etc. We have never ordered any product like this. I contacted Medicare to ensure that a claim had not been filed with them such as a fraudulent company getting paid for this "order." They did not see anything in the system. She has also received phone calls from a different company regarding the same thing. She continues to tell them not to bother her and to take her # off of any list. I’ve asked her to write down the # next time.
