Type of a scam Tech Support
"Comcast" called and said my network was being hacked and used by outside entities and then tried to gain access to my lap-top through a third party website that would have allowed another computer to take over my computer. I realized right away that comcast would never use a third party to gain access to my computer. and hung up and called comcast immediately. I also contacted verizon to inform them.
