I first contacted Colorado Fly Fishing LLC after purchasing a groupon for a fly fishing guide. Once purchased I attempted to call the business to schedule the guide. The voicemail box was full and I was prompted to email them to set up the time. I set the date up for more than a month later – we exchanged some emails, and owner Jim Rodriguez, told me he would follow up with a "what to expect" email. This was the last I have heard from him. I emailed back on numerous occasions asking him to follow up and tell me where to go and when – no response. I DM’ed him on Instagram and asked him to respond to my emails – no response. I showed up the day of the scheduled trip at 8am (guessing this is when it opened) – no where to be found. In fact it did not even seem like the address listed on the groupon was even a place that resembled a fishing shop. Since this day I have commented on many of his instagrams explaining my story and warning people not to use this business. He deleted the comments and blocked me from his page. I was able to get my money back from groupon but I want to make sure people know this is a total fraud.
