Free tech support for one year. HE found a trojan on my computer plus 100 plus trying to access our computer. Took care of everything and then made us pay for service $199.99. The charge was supposed to extend our McAfee for 2 years. After reading the document I signed and printed out,I discover that the $199.99 was for a consultation service.
