Type of a scam Scholarship
I just finished applying for this so called "scholarship," and my parents reminded me to check for this website’s credibility. After doing some research on how to identify fake scholarships, I realized that the College Is Power Scholarship fit nearly all descriptions. College Is Power does NOT provide:
-functional email address to contact them
-phone number to contact them
-mailing address to reach them at.
-proof of past winners
I fear that I am going to be a victim of identity theft because I did not realize the red flags of this potential scam until it was too late.
