A Crypto exchange… They like to use the Coinsmart Logo as their letter head and definitely misrepresent themselves. Coinsmart is Licienced and registered in Canada, but Coinsmarts.pro, I am really not so sure. They will not let me access my funds even though they have repeatedly told me that of course, I can access and withdraw at any time. They will continue to let you believe that, but I have requested and requested. Now they have made it that my wallet show $0.00 available so I can not even attempt to withdraw. George Levin and Andy Johnson are two of the contact names. George will also represent as CFO… I have no idea if I will have any success getting my money back. I can not believe Ive been had, but misrepresentation makes it pretty easy to fool a person.. BEWARE
