I received another call from an automated message stating my package was "un-deliverable" and to press one and so on. I called the 541-399-8046 and the person on the phone went on to say it was legal documents and that they needed to confirm that I was who they were trying to reach. They used my previous married name. They had my birth date and ssn. They gave me a "case #" for the office of Cohen & Beck 888-508-5580. When I contacted them they went on to say that Sprint was filing a class action law suit against me for an unpaid account. I have never had a cell phone through Sprint. I asked for proof of this so called contract and was told that I would have to go to court to see it. They then went on to say that I could settle out of court for the sum of $204 other wise I was going to be sued. My husband and I just recently had our credit report ran and we are going over it w/ a loan officer and NO where on there is there an account/collection for any thing to do w/ Sprint for a cell phone.
