I am in process of Foreclosure trying to seek Loan Modification from the Bank, I was turned down coz of Frustration I start looking for other options where I can get help then I ran in to this mail solicitation piece that is so promising, so I get contact with them and all I hear is believeable stuff made me produce same documents I had submitted to the bank and ask me to send cash direct deposit to them, then after that I tried to get information on how my case is being handled and all I heard is dont worry about it. I dont know what company name represent me, who is the lawyer and what kind of response they get from the bank, nothing all they call me for is where is the direct deposit Im due sending to them. SO start searching online and I couldnt find any legit information on who these guys are till I ran in to this mail pice info from Business Bureau that their business practice is inline to SCAMMING people who are in Bankruptcy proceedings. After my complain all I heard from them is how do I need to send the cash money from them no update on where my case is. Now they stop calling me and completely silent, I did found out that their website is only up online for 5 months and on occasion offline most of the time.
