Mr Bond called and demanded I pay him by debit card be it mine or someone elses. When told him one was not available told me to get a prepaid one. He said there was no time to pay by money order and that my only option to receive paperwork was to give him a debit card number. He called my daughters number and left message on her voicemail as if it was my voicemail. Never received anything in the mail only a call over a year after debt was supposedly occurred. When he finally emailed me a paper it was not signed only on a company letterhead. Contacted local police which when i informed him of that he became irate and started threatening me. According to what he emailed me I have 30 days to dispute debt and he says no i have no time to dispute debt. I need to pay now or go to court.

Received threatening phone calls from "Coastal" about an alleged payday loan that I did not sign for. I have complained to the CFPB. They have contacted me repeatedly and refused to provide any information about the account I supposedly owe. The number that their agent "Chris" called me from is 855-591-5958.
