First I saw hundreds of dollars on my card. I called them they said they sent me a box which I never received. I never ordered from this company I needed to change my debit card. Now I need to change my checking account. Because they managed to get new card number. They refuse to cancel now they started sending me boxes. I tell them I want to return I did not order they don’t take returns you can’t cancel. I’m beyond upset I’m so furious. The Rep was mr Marcus if that is his name Id 1138

I saw an ad pop up on Facebook for skin cream for sagging skin and decided to get the "FREE" bottle for the $4.95 shipping charge. That was under the name Coal Cosmetics. when I called them they told me for another $1.95 and $4.95 shipping that I could get the eye cream and I said ok. This company, that I never spoke with, and Coal charged my Pay Pal account 3 times. $89.96 twice and $86.69 in addition to the above charges. I received two small bottles of but . I couldn’t tell you what this is supposed to be.If they were legit, where is the rest of the product??? I have lost this money and they will not talk to me on the phone because they say my account has been black listed. I have reported them to everyone I know. The CSR are all from another country and they are all the same company under different names. Please Be aware!!!!!!
