Type of a scam Online Purchase
On 12/09/2017 I placed an online order with Coach (Saltwater Tech Hangzhousm Cn Cn Yuan Renminbi)
for a purse for my wife for Christmas. They sent me a confirmation number and said to be patient that my order would ship as soon as it was processed. On 12/16/2017 they emailed me that the package was shipped and gave me a tracking number *** and Order Number ***. I attempted to track the package, but said they did not have it in their system. Well I waited and waited and no package. I have emailed the company several times without any answer. So I now think that the company is a "fake" and scam company. My credit card was charged on 12/10/2017 for $95.11. Now going on 3 months I haven’t heard anything so I’m asking for any help that you can offer.
