I found a charge from Pogo on my account, after I was fairly certain that I cancelled the account with them. I googled a customer service number for them and when I called it, I was told that someone had hacked my Pogo account and was using it from Mexico; the man said that he needed to connect to my computer to get rid of all the suspicious activity and to close my Pogo account. That was when I hung up ! ! I’m really scared now, because he does have my name, e-mail, and DOB ! ! What do I do now ? !
