I had a virus alert that took over my entire screen. I could not delete it. I had to call a phone # which I did. I thought it was microsoft. A very smooth talking young man let me know this was happening everywhere and he could get rid it. I did give him info. and he ran all kinds of scans and then told me he had taken care of it and it would cost $249.99 and would be guaranteed for two years. I fell for it like a ton of bricks and I am not easily scammed. They use a company name, Cloud Wave LLC. I immediately called my card co. and am in the process of getting a hold on this. I had to cancel the card and get a new one and a number of other things to prove I was a victim. Please, let’s get this stopped. I have alerted my Social Media friends.
